Safet Bajri, Astmer Bilali and Behar Bajri appeal their arrest with imprisonment, a judge is appointed to the Special Appeal

Safet Bajri, Astmer Bilali and Behar Bajri have appealed the security measure of arrest in prison, a decision upheld by the GJKKO, after they are accused of the murder of Fatbardh Lici in Shkodra.

The Appeals Court of Kosovo (GJKKO) registered their appeal today, while the judge in the case, Tereza Merkaj, was also appointed by lot.

The Special Court of Appeal for Corruption and Organized Crime registered criminal case no. 20, act, date 13.03.2025, registration, on the appeals of the appellants SR, AB, BB, with the subject: “Appeal against decision no. 12, date 17.02.2025 and decision no. 22, date 24.02.2025 of the Special Court of First Instance for Corruption and Organized Crime”, disposed of in the case of personal security measures.

According to the draw, the monocratic panel consists of Judge Tereza Merkaj.
