51-year-old man under investigation in Elbasan, niece accuses him of sexual abuse

A 51-year-old man has been criminally prosecuted by the Elbasan police.

There was a complaint against him from his niece, a 22-year-old.

She claims that he had sexual intercourse with the young woman without her consent.

"A 51-year-old man was prosecuted after his 22-year-old niece reported that this citizen, about 1 month ago, allegedly had sexual intercourse with the 22-year-old without her consent. Under the direction of the Prosecutor's Office, investigations continue to verify the report ," the police announced.
