A serious incident has been recorded in Tirana, where a 39-year-old man ended up in police custody after allegedly forcibly holding his brother and a friend of the latter in his apartment, threatening them.

According to the Police, after receiving the notification, the services immediately intervened at the scene.

Upon the arrival of the officers, the 39-year-old allegedly threw various items out of the apartment window and refused to obey the orders of the police officers to leave the apartment.

After the intervention of law enforcement, he was handcuffed.

Meanwhile, the investigation group is continuing its actions to fully clarify the circumstances of the event and document it.
