The investigation into the exercise of illegal influence and suspicions of corruption have led Spak to take the files of 2 judges to the Tirana court.

WebLajm writes that the files were pulled from the archive for the judge identified with the initials BQ and from the office of a serving judge.

Two Tirana prosecutors and a judicial police officer identified with the initials BM have been placed under investigation.

These citizens in collaboration with an arrested lawyer and the crime lab.

They conducted expert examinations by manipulating evidence and favored the arrested in their confrontation with justice.

In 3 cases, abuse of office and influence peddling were proven.

While investigations continue into the criminal offense of corruption of magistrates, the seized phones and decisions will also be subject to examination by the BKH to collect evidence.

On Monday, the suspects will appear before the Special Court to learn about the measures and charges against them.
