Veliaj's request against Ols Dado, here's when the preparatory hearing will be held at the Administrative Court

The Administrative Court will hold a preparatory session on April 3 regarding Erion Veliaj's lawsuit against the special prosecutor, Ols Dado. 

The mayor claims that he was appointed prosecutor in violation of the law, as he had not completed his Magistrate's degree.

Veliaj also claims that Mr. Dado has moved from notary status directly to that of prosecutor, without fulfilling the legal requirements.
