The Special Structure Against Corruption and Organized Crime (SPAK) has published the work indicators for December 2022.

The announcement states that in December, 8 criminal reports were filed, of which, for 5 reports, it was decided not to start the investigations.

Also during this month, within the framework of the anti-mafia law, the court issued 2 confiscation decisions according to which: 12 real assets, 4 real assets and 5 commercial entities were seized .

9 criminal proceedings with 90 defendants were sent for trial, of which, 2 proceedings with 40 defendants for criminal offenses related to organized crime and 7 proceedings with 50 defendants for criminal offenses related to corruption.

7 criminal proceedings were registered, of which, 2 proceedings for criminal offenses related to organized crime and 5 proceedings for criminal offenses related to corruption.

9 criminal proceedings with 90 defendants were sent for trial, of which, 2 proceedings with 40 defendants for criminal offenses related to organized crime and 7 proceedings with 50 defendants for criminal offenses related to corruption.

Based on the requests presented by the Special Prosecutor's Office, personal security measures against 2 persons under investigation were approved by the Special Court.

After the final requests of the special prosecutors, the Special Court gave 4 basic decisions, 21 defendants were declared guilty. Within the framework of the anti-mafia law, 2 confiscation decisions were issued by the court according to which the following were confiscated:

12 real estate;
4 movable assets;
5 commercial entities.

A total of 4 final criminal decisions were executed; of these, 1 (one) decision has taken final form in the Special Court of First Instance and 3 in the Special Court of Appeal.

Execution orders were issued for 12 convicts.

2 warrants received from foreign justice authorities have been executed, as well as 6 warrants have been sent for execution to foreign authorities.

Është bërë shpallja në kërkim ndërkombëtar e 6 shtetasve shqiptarë si dhe janë transmetuar pranë autoriteteve të huaja 4 kërkesa për ekstradimin nga Jashtë në Shqipëri të shtetasve shqiptarë.

Sa i përket skuadrave të përbashkëta hetimore në kuadër të procedimeve penale në hetim janë mbajtur 5 takime koordinuese me autoritetet e huaja, palë në këto marrëveshje nga të cilat 1 (një) takim është zhvilluar jashtë vendit dhe 4 takime janë zhvilluar nëpërmjet video-konferencës.

Prokurorët e Prokurorisë së Posaçme kundër Korrupsionit dhe Krimit të Organizuar kanë marrë pjesë edhe në 2 Takime/ Konferenca.

U është kthyer përgjigje e plotë 23 kërkesave zyrtare për informacion ardhur nga media dhe shtetas shqiptarë.

The data in the AFMIS system related to phase III of the PBA 2023-2025 have been updated, pursuant to Law No. 9936/2008 "On the management of the budget system in the Republic of Albania", as amended and Law 84/2022 "On the budget of 2023";

The breakdown of budget expenditures for the year 2023 at the spending unit level has been carried out;

14 goods/service supply contracts were signed at the end of the initiated procurement procedure;

The procedure for drawing up the annual forecast register for public procurement, based on the needs for work, goods and services for the budget year 2023, has begun, in accordance with the form, manner and deadline provided for in Law No. 162, dated 23.12.2020 "On Public Procurement".
