Three Albanians are sentenced in Italy, accused of exploiting prostitution

Three Albanians have been arrested after using at least 20 girls for prostitution.

According to what the Italian media write, these people had created an organization together with a Romanian.

Brothers Eduart and Edmond Gjini, considered to be the leader of the gang, and his brother will serve 4 years in prison. Meanwhile, his cousin Petrit Gjini was sentenced to 5 years and four months, together with a Romanian identified as Giorgianna Caprau.

In charge was Edmond Gjini, for more than a decade, in the Veneto region of Italy.

Also involved in the criminal activity was a Romanian citizen, Dragan Simona Mirabela, the girlfriend of another brother of the Gjini family, Anton, and two Italians, Riccardo Ruggitello and Daniele Mastrella.

The two Gjini brothers were arrested once again in 2015 for the same criminal offense.
