One of the Italians who lost his life in the road accident in Saranda, had just celebrated his birthday a few hours ago.

The Italian media have published new details about the "joy that turned into a tragedy".

Domenico Gritto, 24-years-old, and Vincenzo Tizzano, 32-years-old, originally from Pozzuoli, were traveling by motorbike on the Saranda-Ksamil axis when they were hit by a "Mercedes" that was allegedly making dangerous maneuvers on the road.

The car was driven by a 17-year-old and had a 16-year-old passenger. Both Albanians escaped without serious injuries.

So, on social networks, a few moments before the serious tragedy, the two Italians had shared posts where they seemed to be laughing and celebrating their birthday.
