A 29-year-old man from Patos was handcuffed by the police after he adapted the bar for drug dealing.

He is the citizen Ergest Faslliaj, arrested in the act with 298 doses of cocaine, mixer, electronic scales and a pistol case.

Police notification:

The Narcotics Investigation Specialists and the operational services of DVP Fier, after a several-month investigation, carried out in cooperation with the Prosecutor's Office of Fier, for a case of the adaptation of a bar in Patos, for the sale of hard drugs in doses, have finalized the operation coded "Observation", as a result of which citizen EF, 39 years old, resident of Margelliç, Patos, was arrested.

During the checks carried out in the bar owned by the 39-year-old, the Police services found and seized as material evidence, 298 suspected doses of the narcotic substance cocaine, a significant amount of mixers for this substance, an electronic scale, a sum of money suspects benefited from the sale of narcotic doses, 1 pistol case and 2 cell phones.

The procedural materials were passed to the Prosecution at the Court of First Instance of the Fier General Jurisdiction, for further actions, for the criminal offenses "Production and sale of narcotics", "Adaptation of premises for drug use" and "Encouraging drug use".
