Kruja police have arrested a 40-year-old wanted man, convicted of the criminal offense of cultivating narcotic plants.

The Blues report that the 40-year-old man with the initials A. B, a resident of Tirana, has been arrested.

Verifications revealed that he was wanted, after being sentenced to 4 years in prison in 2021 for the criminal offense of "Cultivation of narcotic plants".

Police announcement:

Kruja/The operation codenamed "Path" is being finalized, to capture a wanted citizen.

A 40-year-old man sentenced to 4 years in prison for cultivating narcotic plants is located and detained.

As a result of the rapid administration of information obtained during operational work, on the location of a citizen wanted for cultivation of narcotic plants, the services of the Krujë Police Commissariat finalized the operation codenamed "Path".

During the operation, citizen AB, 40 years old, resident of Tirana, was located, captured and handcuffed.

The 40-year-old was wanted after being sentenced to 4 years in prison in 2021 for the criminal offense of "Cultivation of narcotic plants".

The procedural materials were referred to the Prosecutor's Office for further action.
