The Court of Appeal has annulled the measure of "obligation to appear" for five DAP ITs, accused of "abuse of duty" related to the cyber attack on state systems.

The Court of the Judicial District of Tirana had appointed for Alti Sallak, Rudina Llagami, Igli Lubonjë and Albi Gjeka the security measure, "obligation to appear before the judicial police.

But, after the complaints made by the five DAP employees, the decision has already been annulled by judge Genti Shala.
