The National Inspectorate for Territorial Protection continued its action in Theth this Tuesday to remove structures and objects placed by residents without the relevant permits, while the owners and family members expressed sadness and concern over this action.
One of the ladies, speaking to the media, was extremely indignant and with tears in her eyes said that this is a great injustice being done to them.
She says that everything was done with hard work and sweat, and it is extremely unfair, according to her, for the children's work and sweat to be wasted in this way.
The lady called on state authorities not to violate them in this way, as according to her they are taking away their opportunity to live.
"It's not fair," she says with tears in her eyes, as she says:
"We have done it with hardship and sweat, and with orphans. It is not fair! I have suffered, I have raised my 6 children and two orphans with bread and salt. It is not fair to throw away the sweat of the children who have worked here. It is injustice. We are on our land, here and for 500 years we have worked this land with our hands. It is not fair that they should waste the hardship of our sons. I have 5 sons with 5 wives. We have been ready to meet the demands of the state. Where will we drown with 25 family members?! We have done it with sweat, with hardship. It is not fair! Look at how small the children are, look at them! It is not fair!", - continues the tearful lady from Thethi. "We call on the state not to violate us like this because we have no place to live and move. It is not fair!" , - concludes the lady, who says that she has been involved in the work to help her family for 40 years.

Meanwhile, an 18-year-old boy, representative of another family whose buildings will be removed, said that for them this is a catastrophe, as these structures that do not have a single drop of concrete are being removed.
He said that they have no choice but to pack their bags and leave the country.
"A catastrophe has found us! We built it here with my father, on our land, inherited from generation to generation. Why not do something about it? There is not a single drop of concrete! There is no reason for it to be destroyed! The state, is it a state?! It comes, it informs us with what has happened to us… Now we have no other choice but to pack our bags and leave the country. I am 18 years old and my future is here – and it is slipping away from me," said Stiven Koçiu.
Another resident of the area complains that she has not received a solution regarding the situation, and that the tourists have left. She calls out that within a few hours they cannot transfer the vacationers who happened to be in these wooden structures to another place. The owner emphasizes the government's call to cultivate tourism in the country as much as possible, as she states that "They say do tourism, but they don't let you do tourism."
"We have been building here for four months. We said we want to set up a business. They told us that concrete is not allowed. We have not built anything with concrete. We have wooden structures. They say do tourism, we are doing tourism, but they don't let us work. We don't know where to ask for our rights. People are inside, where can they take them in two hours? They say you have two hours. We want a solution, we are family, raising children. We have them in our blood, give us a solution on what to do. Hiqi says, where should I take them? Where should I take them? God protect us, give us patience! Do tourism, you don't let us do tourism. We don't know where to go either. These are our lands. We have no conflict with anyone. I don't know anything. Where should we look for them? I don't know. What should we say to the tourists? They are coming in. Those who were there have left. The next one is coming. They want to come, where should we take them for "Two hours? We haven't explained it to them. We don't know how to explain it to them either. For two hours, there's no way in the world. For two hours, you tell a tourist that you can't let them in. At least they'd let you know in advance, but for two hours, where are we going to take them?" said the owner of the wooden cabins.
