The fact that defendant Henrik Hoxhaj was left without a defense attorney led to the failure of the next hearing of the "Golden Bullet" case at the Special Court.

It was reported in the courtroom that lawyer Gentian Rumano has withdrawn from defending Hoxhaj, as has the lawyer primarily assigned to him.

The reason was that it is a long process and they do not receive the payments to continue this process as they are engaged in other trials.

Present in the courtroom were all three defendants, Nuredin Dumani, Erion Alibej and Skerdi Tasi. For several sessions, due to repeated requests from lawyers, the process has remained in limbo.

For 3 sessions, the court has attempted to begin taking the testimony of the repentant Tasi, but has been unable to do so.
