Prime Minister Edi Rama a day ago, after the "noise" in the city of Vlora, directed all attention to Theth, one of the most coveted tourist areas in our country, in terms of nature and the guides that operate in this area.
With voice and image, the head of government himself denounced the "massacre" that had taken place in the "tourist village", while accusing prosecutor Elsa Gjeli of having archived the State Police's complaint about the wooden huts in Theth.
After the accusations against Gjeli, Rama said that the owner of these cabins turns out to be a criminal who did not even dare to show up when IKMT employees landed in "his village" to demolish it.

Meanwhile, as we reported earlier, the builder of these buildings is Prek Kodra, a name well known to law enforcement agencies. He is the owner and financier of "Eagle Villas Theth", while in the papers he "hid" behind his younger brother Lene Prroni.
And as the action in Theth continues, below you will find images of the unauthorized booths that became the "apple of contention" between Prime Minister Edi Rama and the Shkodra Prosecutor's Office. The booths are owned by Kodra but were "uprooted" on Monday afternoon by IKMT.

"Eagle Villas Theth" were advertised everywhere, on all networks where tourists could have the opportunity to book them to spend a night in the mountains of Shkodra, and all this for a cost of 80 thousand old lek.

We would like to emphasize that the terrain for the rock, but this situation also brought the reaction of the Shkodra Prosecutor's Office. The latter said that the decision of Prosecutor Gjeli is based on the law since the structures were referred by the Police as temporary containers and without foundations, not placed on concrete foundations. Therefore, for this reason, a building permit was not required for their erection.

Who is Prek Kodra, the businessman of wooden houses in Theth?
His name appeared in "Metamorphosis." At that time, SPAK issued 21 security measures, among them important figures in the underworld, but also representatives of state institutions, a senior police official, a serving judge, a lawyer, and two journalists.
Among the wanted is Prekë Kodra, known as the "sniper" from Shkodra, a highly dangerous person suspected of being involved in a plan to assassinate Kosovo Prime Minister Albin Kurti. According to the investigative file, the plan to eliminate Kurti was revealed in a secret e-mail of the former Director General of the State Police, Gledis Nano, in September 2022.

Prekë Kodra has been declared an international wanted person and his name appears in the intercepts of the coded application “Sky ECC”, where his communications with leaders of criminal gangs in Albania and Kosovo have been documented. In the intercepts, he comes into contact with the notorious “Bajri” group, businessman Pëllumb Gjoka, as well as senior state officials, including the chief of police operations, Oltion Bistri, and prosecutor Xhevahir Lita. However, in the official SPAK file, Kodra’s specific role has not yet been specified.
In another intercepted communication, Kodra also comes into contact with the head of the Elbasan criminal organization, Suel Çela (alias Marjus Lulaj), who warns him not to trust the "Bajrat" of Shkodra.
According to the investigations made public at the time, Kodra was the paid "marine" of Elbasan boss Suel Çela to carry out the assassination of Ardian Çapja years ago. He is also suspected of the murder of Kastriot Reçi, an event that occurred on January 7, 2020.
Prekë Kodra was based in Shkodër, but his criminal activity also extended to Tropoja, Ferizaj and Deçan in Kosovo.
