WEATHER TODAY/ African wave weakens, afternoon brings clouds

The African heat wave is expected to weaken during Tuesday; bringing clear weather to almost the entire territory.

In the northern areas, there will be accumulation of clouds, generating isolated rain showers.

The afternoon hours will bring the presence of clouds throughout the country, where they will be most noticeable in the Eastern areas. The relative humidity in the air will increase significantly in many cities of Albania.

Air temperatures will experience a decrease in both daily extreme values, fluctuating from 13°C, the lowest temperature recorded in the city of Erseka, to 38°C, the highest value along the Western Lowlands.

The wind will blow moderately and occasionally strong, reaching speeds of over 50 km/h from the Southwest direction, which will cause waves of up to force 3 to form on the sea coast.
