Tourist flows during this month are more focused on relaxation tourism, choosing seaside holidays according to the tourist sector guides. Our country is visited by different age groups during the summer, and family groups dominate.

"July and August are, as I said, the months that are most preferred for family tourism, seaside holiday tourism. All age groups and all nationalities focus more on relaxation tourism, but there are also some who prefer mountain tourism, because it has fresh air and lower temperatures ," said Brisejd Lalaj, national tourist guide, in a television interview.

The main visitors from European countries remain Italians, followed by the Spanish and the French.

"Of course, Italians remain the largest influx. Also Spaniards, Poles too, French and Germans ," said Lalaj.

The tourists who spend the most during their stay in Albania are those from Western Europe, the USA, and Canada.

"Tourists who mainly... come from Western countries, or from America, Australia, Canada, are tourists who spend more. Mainly also the part of north-western Europe, Britain, Germany, are countries that spend more, the Netherlands. Whereas, the part of southeastern Europe does not spend much ," said Lalaj.

According to tourism sector guides, July and August are the months that reach the peak of visitors choosing our country for their summer vacation.
