Historian Elena Kocaqi, has spoken about the separation from the life of Archbishop Anastas Janullatos and the Orthodox Autocephalous Church of Albania.

Kocaqi said the Greek state influences through the Church and called it the church's greatest enemy.

"The Foreign Ministry, a post-World War II program, is that we cannot do the Byzantine Empire with war and now they have foreign policy, to assimilate through culture and religion as much as they can. I see Greece's interference with religion as an extension of the Russian policy for the Byzantine Orthodox Emperor to make the king a Russian. Greece will follow.

I don't want to access them from a religious point of view, but from a political point of view, religion should be separated from the state and politics. Historically, religion has been used, idologies are tools that process the masses of people. When religion is used politically it is dangerous. Even the ceremony greece does here is political, rather than a respect.

In Albanians we are generous, let them bury him here, but the way Greece supported him wanted to maintain control of the Church is definitely political. There is no greater Orthodox Church than the Greek state. It was state within the state even during the Ottoman Empire.

So the Orthodox Church has lost to the Greek state and politics is in the program to keep it suppressed and under control. Therefore, in Albania it should be far from the influences of Greek politics" Kocaqi said at the "Unexposed" show.
