Ilir Ohri and Ogerta Manastriliu

The well-known doctor Ilir Ohri passed away today.

He was one of the most prominent figures of the Anesthesia-Reanimation Service and Albanian medicine. Doctor Ilir Ohri has made a special and extraordinary contribution to the development of health services in our country for more than 40 years.

He was one of the founders of the modern Anesthesia-Reanimation service and its leader for 30 years. Ohrid has left its mark in the establishment, operation and perfection of all resuscitation units in Tirana and throughout the country.

He is part of the excellent core of doctors who founded the School of Anesthesia-Resuscitation in the first half of the 80s.

Regarding the bitter news about the death of the Ohri doctor, friends and colleagues also reacted. The Association of Anesthetists and Reanimators of Albania expresses its most sincere condolences to his family, friends and colleagues.
