Luftar Reçi, one of the collaborators of the SPAK Special Prosecutor's Office, is expected to appear before the court, on Wednesday, December 28, to testify in the trial, against the defendants Indrit Taullai, Emiljano Shullazi, Viktor Imeraj, Lulzim Berisha, Plaurent Dervishaj and Indrit Russia.

Reçi is the prosecution's main witness who talks about the murder of Klodian Saliu in Durrës, Vajdin Lames and Artan Arsit, which happened almost on the same day in February 2005.

The summoning of the witness, at the same time and the co-defendant Reçi in this process, came immediately as soon as the court accepted the requests of the defense lawyers, who submitted 7 minutes of questions that Reçi gave some time ago, in front of the people of Justice.

All 7 defendants are facing the serious charges of "Murder in qualifying circumstances", "Deliberate murder", "Premeditated murder" carried out in the form of "Structured criminal group" and "Forgery of documents".
