A woman from the village of Vardardhë i Sukthi, mother of 4 children, allegedly ended her life after being denigrated on social networks. Profiles were opened in her name, mainly on Tik-Tok, which denigrated her figure as a woman, labeling her as immoral.

The 41-year-old woman seems to have not resisted the social pressure in a small community and then also in the family. In severe psychological conditions, he drank phostoxin three days ago, on January 2. The family members rushed her to the hospital in Tirana, but the woman died.

The mother of 4 children, worked in a fashion factory in the area of ​​Fllaka. Her husband worked seasonally in Greece, but was with the family on holidays. He told the officers that there were no conflicts in the couple and that he does not know the cause of the woman's self-poisoning.

From the fact that the ugly and insulting language towards her on social networks is related to her work at the factory, the investigators suspect that the derogatory profiles were opened by other factory workers, so they are investigating how the relations between the colleagues were.

The serious incident is being investigated by the Durrës Prosecutor's Office, to first discover the person who opened the fake profile on social networks, considering it a cyber crime.
