Four people, who allegedly planned the kidnapping of a 49-year-old man in Saranda, have been put in handcuffs.

The incident happened a day ago on "Skënderbeu" street, when after checking the car of the citizen with the initials AT and the passengers citizens with the initials JB, SB and Gj.P., the police found a firearm, a pistol and plastic fasteners.

The four detainees allegedly planned the kidnapping of a 49-year-old man in the coastal city. The reasons are not known, while the investigation for the criminal offense "Illegal Deprivation of Liberty" is expected to begin against the detainees.
