Kevi Norra is the 23-year-old from Gjirokastra, arrested after the tragic accident on Sunday evening on the Saranda-Delvinë axis.

Norra, who was driving the Audi, tested very drunk during the alcohol test.

His collision with the "Lancia" vehicle took the lives of two girls from the Dhimaku family, while 24-year-old passenger Antonela Zhupa was injured and transported for treatment to Tirana.

This citizen, in a drunken state (from the verifications carried out at the scene, the result was: the first alcohol test at 1.52 mg/l, while the second test at 1.42 mg/l), collided with a “Lancia” vehicle, driven by citizen E. Dh., 22 years old. As a result of the accident, citizens E. Dh., 22 years old, and R. Dh., 20 years old, lost their lives, while citizen A. Zh., 24 years old, was seriously injured and is under the care of doctors.
