Dorian Puka defies English authorities and returns to the media spotlight, publishes video of himself feeding his two pitbulls pounds

Once again, the immigrant from Laçi, Dorian Puka, returns to be the subject of an article by the English media outlet The Daily Telegraph after a series of articles over the last four years.

It is precisely this video , where he is shown feeding wads of money to his two dogs, which has served as the motive to bring him back to the attention of this British newspaper.

Charles Humas, the newspaper's home affairs editor, says that Dorian Puka, twice convicted of housebreaking, is already fighting a ban on deportation from England, after being deported twice and again entering the island state illegally.

"In this video, the 29-year-old is shown sitting on a sofa, where he gives 20-pound notes to a pit bull named Cobra.

"While the other dog, named Miu, is brought close to his mouth to bite 50-pound notes," writes The Daily Telegraph in the article to which Top Channel refers.

Puka is reported to be facing deportation for the third time, after the government won a first-instance immigration tribunal case to remove him from the United Kingdom after his asylum application was rejected.

The Home Office has been unable to remove him while his asylum claim and legal challenges to the decisions are still under consideration.

A Home Office spokesman said: “This individual is a foreign national known for criminal activity and we are doing everything in our power to ensure his removal as soon as possible. As long as legal proceedings are still ongoing, we cannot provide further comment.”

Meanwhile, Chris Philp, the shadow home secretary from the Conservative opposition, commented to The Daily Telegraph that:

"This notorious Albanian criminal has openly displayed his wealth in the UK, displaying sports cars and now this extraordinary video of him giving his dogs cash.

"We must not allow foreign criminals like this to remain in the country. He must be deported immediately and Shabana Mahmood must urgently secure his removal so that the British public does not continue to suffer the consequences of his criminal behaviour," the English Conservative Party politician declared.
