The National Inspectorate of Territorial Protection (IKMT) has taken administrative measures against some of the largest construction companies in the country, after finding violations of the conditions set out in permits issued by environmental authorities.

Due to non-compliance with these obligations, the companies Gjoka Konstruksion, Gjikuria, Anchor Beton, Eral Construction Company and Beton Express 2018 have been fined, as well as suspended from their activities.

IKMT emphasizes that, taking into account the progress of the tourist season, it calls on all entities that carry out activities, especially along the coastline, to show increased caution in implementing legal obligations for environmental protection.
