Sandër Rubati is his second identity.

He was also arrested for trafficking minors.

Initial evidence suggests that he was shot by two masked men riding a motorcycle.

It is suspected that today's incident is related to the one the night before, when a police officer was injured.

This is because Andrea Rubati, 27 years old, is one of the people who was involved in the violence against the police officer in Saranda the night before.

Due to the surname, it is being investigated whether the young man has any family ties to the injured man today.

The incident occurred very close to the place where the police officer was raped.
