The implication in the murder of Menduh Kurt Deda, and the fear of a possible arrest, made Gazmir Ngota stage his disappearance for a period of three months.

Despite the fact that Ngota appears in his testimony as a repentant man and that he was careful to turn himself in to the police, since August he has implemented a plan to avoid prosecution in order to escape arrest.

In the documents provided by Ora News, there is talk of an investigative material that shows the disappearance without an address of Gazmir Ngota.

His denunciation was made by his family members, who claimed to the police that the relative had lost contact.

They have claimed that their son may have been kidnapped and killed.

The incriminating material has been taken to the prosecutor's office in Tirana for evaluation, for "leaving the apartment".

But on November 11, the prosecutor of the case, Elfrida Bregova, has decided not to start investigations on this case.

Gazmir Ngota and Marjeta Karaj together with her son Besmir Karaj, were betrayed by the testimony of the driver of the association Faik Stojna.

He was aware of the murder of Menduh Kurt Deda, as Marjeta and Besmir Karaj had told him about this serious event.

Stojna's confession to the police came only after entering into a conflict with mother and son, who threatened him that he would end up the same as Menduh Kurt Deda.

Gazmir Ngota, who came out of the role of staging the "disappearance" and presented himself at the premises of the Tirana police, was made aware of Faik Stojna's testimony, showing all the dynamics of the 61-year-old's murder.

Ngota has shown remorse for the crime, while Marjeta Karaj also fell in handcuffs with her.

Her son, Besmir Karaj, has been declared wanted, while the data of the TIMS system shows that at the end of November, he left for Italy, never returning to Albania.

The reason for the murder of the 61-year-old was a financial sum of 10 million old lek, which Kurt Deda owed to Marjeta Karaj.
