On the contrary, the Elbasan police had information about Duman's movements in the city, and did not intervene to handcuff this man who was circulating as a hired killer.

Duman's base in Elbasan was the house of Erjon Alibeajt, the house to which the policeman Leonard Palushi also went, but surprisingly at no time did he notice the presence of Duman, who was monitoring him through cameras, through another room of the house . Palushi, he had information even when Dumani went out on the streets of Elbasan, but still did not arrest him.

This is because Dumani had managed to gain "immunity" because he was sheltered inside the house of Erjon Alibeaj, who in Elbasan is known by the nickname "Krymi".
The fact that the Elbasan police knew about Nuredin Duman's whereabouts and movements in the city is clearly shown in the investigative file of the police officer, Leonard Palushi.
The latter's name was mentioned for the first time by Nuredin Dumani, who told three SPAK prosecutors that Erjon Alibeaj had the head of the crime department protecting him.

And for this service, Alibeaj had given him a "Mercedes-Benz C Class 3000". And apart from donating the car, Erjon Alibej also gave 1,000 euros to Palushi, in order to set up the gas plant.
Duman's testimony clearly shows how incriminated the police are with crime and the services they provide to criminal exponents.

In his testimony, Duman states that:

"...in 2020, this employee Leonard Palushi, received from Erion a "Mercedes Benz C Class" type car, with gasoline, honey color. In addition to the car, Erion also gave him 1000 Euros to install the gas plant. During this time I was staying in Elbasan at Erion's house...

I have seen this police officer several times through Erion's cameras, when he came to meet with Erion. I remember that on one occasion this police officer came with another person to Erion's house to meet him. He came with a "White Discovery" car, which I saw from Erion's cameras. The other person was gray-haired, tall, with his hair on one arm, and could be around 55-60 years old.

If I look at this person I can recognize and identify him…. When I was moving in Elbasan, I was sure that the police would not arrest me, because this police officer was informed about the car I was driving..." Nuredin Dumani said.

Throughout the 10 months of investigations, SPAK on January 12, 2023 interrogated Erion Alibeaj, whom he asked about the meetings he had with the police officer, Elbasan, Leonard Palushi.

Alibeaj has stated that he had the first meeting with Leonardi at the police of Elbasan, when he surrendered at the premises of this police.
Alibeaj was wanted for the wounding in 2018 of John Rusta, who he shot with 3 pistol bullets, but was unable to kill him.

He stated that in the police, he talked for a long time with Leonard, about the entire history of the events that had happened to his family during 1 year and the murder of his brother.
Regarding these events, he explained to Leonard in detail as far as he knew about the assassins, the perpetrators of these murders.

Then, Erion Alibej, after he got out of prison and remained under "house arrest", had 4-5 more meetings with Leonard Palushi, in the period of the end of February or the beginning of March 2020.

In the meetings he held with Leonardi, he stated that he gave him valuable information about people, their locations, their involvement in events that happened to his family members./OraNews
