More details are revealed from the investigative file regarding the failed assassination attempt against former prosecutor Arjan Ndoji, where his driver, Andi Maloku, was killed.
The show "Në Shënjestre" revealed the facts of how the French authorities "dismantled" the "Sky" application and received the wiretapping of the member of the Durrës gang, Plaurent Dervishaj. Dervishaj and his accomplices thought they were uninterceptable, almost invisible in their membrane of crime.
But what seems to have betrayed them was precisely the thought that their defense was technology. The idea that the 'Sky' application, according to them, was the most secure plan to communicate and that investigators would not be able to trace them, showed that Plaurent Dervishaj's group had done the calculations without the right experts. This is because they did not think that one day their conversations with a criminal background in this application would fall into the hands of investigators. Just as it happened in their involvement in one of the most serious criminal events that happened in recent years in Albania.
It is about the assassination of Arjan Ndoji, then the prosecutor of Durrës, an event which the French experts, put in search of the traces of a cocaine network, were able to, thanks to the decryption of the 'Sky' application, simultaneously analyze the conversations of this criminal group, with base in the Albanian coastal city.
But how could the French prosecution, through the 'Sky' application with which the orderers and executors of the crime communicated, unravel not only that event, but also others that were being planned in the meantime?!
What did these conversations contain that led to the arrest of some of the suspects and the wanted announcement of Plaurent Dervishaj and Ramazan Rraja?
This file, thanks to the help of the French authorities, led SPAK to the identification of all the participants in this criminal clan. According to the file provided by the show 'On target', the plan for the execution of the prosecutor Arian Ndoji and his friend 'Rrumi', is said to have started with the download of the 'Sky' application. This is in order to prevent them from being intercepted by law enforcement bodies, while Plaurent Dervishaj's criminal group called it impenetrable.
But this app was not impenetrable to French investigators and their experts specializing in decoding such apps, however sophisticated they may be. As it is also stated in the file, a great help in this case was provided by its users themselves, who left their traces of the crime in this application, during the conversations they had.
