"They were two sisters, one 7 years old and the other 10, who their parents had recorded in a video on their Tik-Tok profile as they humorously asked "how much is 7 times 5". When one of the sisters made a mistake with the answer, the other reacted by slapping her lightly. This video was taken and taken out of context, to be circulated on another page with many followers."

Borjana Dine, psychologist of the Center for Children's Rights, CRCA, says that this is one of the many stories reported on the "Isigurt.al" platform during 2022.

Dine says that the complaint about the bullying video was made by the girls' family members who had seen the video circulating online.

"The bullying video was about the low language used by those who had taken it from the page of the parents of the little girls", says Dine, who adds that at the moment one of the sisters was slapping, the sound was edited where she cursed small.

"Similar to the videos we see on the network where they are taken out of context and other words or music are added to them."

Psychologist Dine says that among the blocked videos are also bullying videos, where one case, for example, was a group of 13-year-old teenagers who bullied a classmate by forcing him to say whatever they asked.

"The denunciation on the platform was made by other friends of the bullied teenager. We intervened and the video was taken down," says Dine.

But blackmail stories on the social network Instagram are the most frequent and girls are mostly their prey.

According to psychologist Dine, blackmailers in most cases are either ex-boyfriends or friends who seek to establish intimate relationships with the girl they blackmail, forcing her to accept relationships in return.

"It happened that the girls themselves sent the photos to the boys in private, at the time when they had a relationship. But after the separation, these photos were used for blackmail or pressure for the girls to return," says Dine.

According to her, it even happened that fake profiles were opened on Instagram, on pages with many followers, with girls' photos.
