SCANDAL/ The policeman in Pogradec violates the citizen: I went to bed....

A police officer at the Pogradec Police Station, identified as Gjergj Riza, raped a citizen. The incident happened on the stairs of a building.

The images published in the media show Riza grabbing Klajdi Narolli by the throat and slapping him. The whole scene is filmed by a security camera of a house, on the first floor of the building. 

" God bless me, I don't do such things, I have a mother, I have a sister... for God's sake. Don't shoot anymore because they will watch you on the cameras," Narolli can be heard saying in the video .

" Ec more legen....b***m*** ,"- adds officer Riza and kicks him from behind, pushing him down the stairs. 

The reasons for this violation are not yet known, there is no official announcement from the Pogradec Police about the event.
