Forecaster Tania Porja has shown the drastic change that the weather will undergo in our country after September 7.
Porja declared that the thermometer will suffer a drop of 10 degrees Celsius, where the first snowfalls are not excluded in the areas of the European Alps as well as the Balkans.
This situation will bring a big drop in temperatures, where the cool weather is expected to last 5-10 days.
"The thermometer will fluctuate during the end of August and the beginning of September. Two or three hot days and two or three cool days are predicted. This is how this whole situation will be in the first 10 days of September. It is worth noting that after September 7, we will have a break in the thermal picture, i.e. a drop of about 10 degrees Celsius. We expect snowfall in the area of the Alps of Europe, because if not, a part of the Balkans may also be affected by snow in the first 10 days of September. In general, September and October will be warm, as the drastic drop in temperatures will be episodic, so the cool days can last 5-10 days," Porja told A2CNN.
