While the police and ambulances have not yet arrived, the victims are lying on the ground and some young people are giving them first aid and announcing the emergency.

Hamza Lici, the brother of Ibrahim Lici, and Arlind Bushati, the son of the former DP candidate for Shkodra municipality, Xhemal Bushati, were killed in this assassination attempt.

Also, a woman lost her life and her husband was injured, who were traveling on a motorcycle at the time of the assassination, and were hit by the car driven by Lici and Bushati.
