The "Eagles" department in Tirana

Three police officers from the "Eagles" department in Tirana have been suspended from duty after being accused of raping a citizen without reason.

According to the AMP announcement , the three officers,  Egzon Toskaj, Denis Gerdeci
and Elis Noto, are accused of stopping a vehicle and, through arbitrary actions, raping the driver.

After the collision, the driver ended up at the University Trauma Hospital for medical treatment.

The Police Supervision Agency (Tirana Region) has implemented the order of the Prosecutor's Office at the First Instance Court of General Jurisdiction of Tirana, which has imposed the personal security measure of a prohibitive nature "Suspension of the exercise of a public duty or service" for three police officers suspected of committing the criminal offense "Committing arbitrary acts in collaboration".
