Former MP Halit Valteri was summoned this Friday to the GJKKO as a witness in the trial against Plarent Dervishi and Julian Meçe, in the trial for the assassination of former prosecutor Arjan Ndoja on November 1, 2019. At that time, Valteri made several statements and published footage.

In June 2020, one day after publishing the video, Valteri testified for two hours at SPAK about the information he had about this event.

"I have given my statement to prosecutor Altin Dumani, we are waiting for the conclusion of the investigations. They did not silence us, but we will enforce the law. I stand by the statements I made in Parliament and in the media, I do not know if I will be called back to SPAK. I had to clarify all the information I had," Valteri declared at the time.
