From a verification of all the asset declarations of Arben Ahmetaj and the people related to him, it results that none of the assets ascertained by SPAK in the name of Albina Mançka and Erjola Hoxha, have been declared in the High Inspectorate of Declaration and Control of Assets . The villa in Gjirin e Lalzi was transferred to the name of Erjola Hoxha in 2022. According to the law, Ahmetaj must declare it until March 31, 2023.
