Sunderland defender Luke O'Nein stopped the opposition, riding on his back. Then on Twitter he announced the contest: "Whoever makes the best edited video will be rewarded with a shirt signed by the whole team."
A contender for the funniest yellow card award in football history. There is no competition. And with a dose of self-irony, Luke O'Nien (the culprit in this story, no doubt), proposes a competition on social networks: “ I'm sure I'm an idiot... Now let's have some fun: the best video montage wins a jersey of Sunderland with the autographs of all the players".
Right then, we've all established I'm an idiot ???? So lets have some more fun..... Best video edit or caption wins a signed Sunderland top from the boys ????❤️???? pic.twitter.com/KylwTd5PZr

Everything happened on Saturday, in the Championship, in the challenge between Sunderland and Bristol, 1-1. O'Nien was chasing striker Alex Scott on a counter-attack and got the goal, but in original fashion.
O'Nien jumped on the opponent's back, the referee approached him and showed him the yellow card amid the laughter of the audience and the protagonists. The video immediately went viral on social media, where O'Nien himself intervened.
For the player in question, coach Tony Mowbray said: " He is an exceptional boy, he has a great belief in what he can do. He told me he could also play as a striker, cause chaos and score 15 goals a season. A talent, we are proud to have him in the team. A brilliant guy who keeps the environment and positivity alive every day". A genius, even of irony.
