The Glazer family is ready to sell Manchester United and will start negotiations for offers starting at 5.7 billion euros.

Raine Group and Rothschild and Co have been appointed as exclusive financial advisors to oversee the process.

In the club's response, it is noted that the "Red Devils" aim to increase capital for the future, while it was emphasized that all alternatives will be considered, including the sale option.

The Galzer family has been at the center of criticism from fans of the English team, who have often protested their management. Most fans want them to quit the club.

They took ownership of United in 2005, in a transaction that fetched €911 million. But the purchase brought criticism as it saddled the club with even more debt.

The owners are optimistic that they will be able to profit from the sale of up to 10.4 billion Euros.

One of those interested in taking ownership of the "Red Devils" was Sir Jim Ratcliffe, the richest man in Britain and a lifelong fan of the club, who has repeatedly tried to buy it.

At first the Glazers had success when Alex Ferguson was on the bench. But for a decade he has not managed to win the title.

In total, 1.15 billion Euros were spent in 17 years, while in the summer 254 million Euros were spent on reinforcements.
