Lewandowski betrays Poland, Szczesny saves him: 0-0 with Mexico
Lewandowski misses the penalty

After Tunisia-Denmark, Mexico-Poland also ends 0-0.

The two sides played out a goalless draw, with Robert Lewandowski missing a penalty and wasting the opportunity to give his side the win and also score his first World Cup goal.

The challenge was hard-fought by both sides, with the Mexicans dominating more but failing to score, thanks to saves from goalkeeper Szczesny.

After winning a penalty from a wrong tackle by Moreno, Lewandowski could not put the ball into the net in the 58th minute.

After the first game, Poland holds second place in the group with one point, the same as third-placed Mexico, while the top of Group C is held by Saudi Arabia, with Messi's Argentina on the other hand ranked last with 0 points.
