Vucic posts the photo: I spoke with my friend Edi Rama about the Open Balkans initiative and our common issues

Serbian President Aleksandër Vucic has published a photo on social networks with Prime Minister Edi Rama in Tirana, where the EU-Western Balkans summit is also taking place.

Next to the photo, Vucic writes that he talked with Rama about Open Balkan and other joint initiatives between the two countries.

"I was talking with my friend Edi Rama about the Open Balkans initiative and our common issues," he wrote in a post on Instagram.
