The deputy of the Democratic Party in the Region of Shkodra, Greta Bardeli, has appealed to the government to immediately open the road in two directions to the Rinas airport from the Ahmetaq crossroads to the roundabout of the statue of "Mother Teresa".
In a post on social networks, Bardeli writes that the government has made a decision without taking into account the interests of the communities. Democrat MP warns that if the Government continues stubbornly and does not open the road to Rinas in two directions, then the protest will be joined by the whole north of Albania.
Full response:
Citizens of Shkodra, Lezha and the whole North without any discussion are severely penalized by the closure of traffic in the direction of the road to the airport "Mother Teresa".
Hasty decision without taking into account the interests of the communities and especially the north of the country that is constantly hit by government decisions!
As a deputy of Shkodra Region, I immediately demand the opening of the road in 2 directions from the Ahmetaq crossroads (turn for the airport when coming from the north) to the roundabout of the statue of "Mother Teresa". The government should immediately give up its stubbornness, otherwise the protests of the residents of Rinas will be supported by Shkodra, Lezha and everywhere in the north where the interests of the citizens are affected!
It is not the fault of the citizens that the government throws the money for the interests of the villas of corruption by leading tunnels to the door of the villas on the coast and no investment where it is needed!
The airport road today should have 4 crossings, while Lezha, Shkodra should have been invested in the level of international highways as an important part of the European Adriatic Corridor!
