The court hearing against the former minister, Arben Ahmetaj , who is accused of abuse of office for the so-called 'Buka' case, was postponed to February 2.
Arben Ahmetaj, as the former Minister of Finance and Economy, was placed under investigation for the files of the incinerators, after investigations into a computer belonging to the businessman Klodian Zoto, which turned out to have paid and booked luxury trips for the former functionary, the value of which was calculated by SPAK in the amount of 34 thousand euros.
SPAK refers to a series of testimonies from businessmen that show that the villas in Palasa and Hamallaj are connected to Arben Ahmetaj, while messages and communications with other people, former officials and businessmen have also been obtained from a seized blackberry phone.
A few days ago, Ahmetaj lost his deputy's mandate, as he did not appear in the Assembly for almost 6 months, while his place was taken by Plarent Ndreca.
