Electoral Reform, Bardhi letter to Nikola: Change the commission, it was inefficient!

Today, the Assembly of Albania will meet, while the draft decision "On extending the term of the activity of the Special Parliamentary Commission for Electoral Reform" has been included in the agenda.

Debates are expected in today's session, due to the clash between the opposition.

Gazment Bardhi has sent a request to Speaker Lindita Nikolla to include in the agenda his proposal for changing the composition of the Parliamentary Commission for electoral reform.

Although Lulzim Basha dismissed him, Bardhi, in his capacity as the head of the group, demands that he remove Enkelejd Alibeaj of Basha as co-chairman of the commission and install Oerd Bylykbashi of Berisha.

"For one year and six months, only two meetings have been held, blocking the advancement of this important reform for the country," the request states.

Gazmend Bardhi proposes the deputies Dhurata Çupi, Dashnor Sula, Ervin Saljanji, Lindita Metaliaj, Tomor Alizoti, Fatmir Mediu, Shpetim Idrizi and Petrit Vasili .
