The Territorial Reform Commission has started debates between the two co-chairs Anila Denaj and Dhurata Çupi. 

During his speech, the deputy mayor of the Municipality of Tirana, Arbian Mazniku, proposed the union of Vora and Kamza in the territory of Tirana.

Mazniku stated that this would offer better quality services to the citizens of Tirana and would make them not feel like they are part of a second-rate city.

"The union of Vora and Kamza in the territory of Tirana would provide better quality for the citizens. And that the latter would not have a feeling of being part of a second-level city", said Mazniku.
