The head of the PD parliamentary group, Enkelejd Alibeaj, has reacted to the request filed in the Constitutional Court where they demand the repeal of the normative act for the establishment of the Transparency Board, which sets the prices of oil, gasoline and gas.
Through a post on social networks, Alibeaj has published the documents with the names and names of the 29 deputies who have signed this request, among which is that of Lulzim Basha. It lacks the signatures of pro-Berisha MPs.
According to Alibeaj, the Board set up to keep fuel prices under control is simply the Club of Oligarchs who, in cooperation with Edi Rama, protect their interests at the expense of Albanians.
Full reaction:
29 MPs of the Parliamentary Group of the Democratic Party submitted today to the Constitutional Court the request for the abolition of the Boards that determine the price of fuel.
The Albanians already know clearly that the Board set up to keep the price of fuel under control is simply the Club of Oligarchs who, in cooperation with Edi Rama, protect their interests at the expense of the Albanians.
The laws with which this Board operates contradict the Constitution, infringe economic freedom, infringe competition in the market, further deepening poverty among citizens.
The establishment and operation of this board is simply and clearly the new way in which Edi Rama and his clients in power have chosen to abuse the interests of Albanians.
It is in the honor of the Constitutional Court to consider seriously and as soon as possible the request of the DP Parliamentary Group. A request that directly affects the interest of citizens and clearly proves that we will continue to be by the side of Albanians not with words and propaganda, but with concrete acts that can and should improve their lives.
