The member of the National Council of the DP, Arben Ristani, declares that the "Rama" government is preparing a draft law so that he can make decisions to dismiss the judges that he does not like.

Ristani clarifies that according to the draft law, the Ministry of Justice will take initiatives for the dismissal of judges who consider their decision as not based on the law and, according to him, this would lead to the loss of the independence of the judiciary.

"This way of acting goes along the same lines as Rama acted in capturing justice, as a function of power.

Immediately automatically suspend the judge from office, because the government considers the decision to be unfounded in law. According to the project, the Supreme Judicial Council should have shared it, but the initiative was taken by the government through the Ministry of Justice.

However, the Supreme Court of Justice is not a mechanism for delivering justice, but for managing it. Justice is delivered by the courts, according to their degrees. This way of acting, which goes along the same lines as Rama acted in the capture of justice, in the function of power, was a very big alarm, which could not be taken into consideration by the opposition in order to strike it and make Albanians aware, that continue to design measures and laws that want to destroy the Albanian democratic system in the service of totalitarianism.

Within this there are many other elements, but the main one is the loss of the independence of the judiciary, because one of the pillars on which democracy is maintained is the independence of the judiciary as an independent power" , said Ristani on Syri TV.
