Prime Minister Edi Rama, speaking in the Sy më sy section on Facebook, declared that the Murrizit Tunnel on Arbri Street will open at the end of March.

"The Murriz Tunnel on Arbri Road will open at the end of March. We have not left anything lacking on Arbri Road, but there are surprises like the geology of the Murriz Tunnel. We are in the conditions and are moving towards completion after a rearmament with a different technology of the entire tunnel.

"I strongly believe that in March we will finally get rid of this evil eye, because that tunnel has really taken our souls. But, with spring, the evil spirit will also come out of the tunnel and the people of Dibra can come and go with the open road," said the head of government.
