The prefect of Elbasan District is relieved of his duties, and Ilir Bejtja is appointed in his place.

The Council of Ministers has dismissed Ali Mysliu as prefect of the Elbasan District and appointed former Deputy Minister of Energy Ilir Bejtja in his place.

" In accordance with Articles 100 and 114 of the Constitution and Article 5 of Law No. 107/2016, "On the District Prefect", as amended, upon the proposal of the Minister of Interior, the Council of Ministers

DECIDED:

Mr. Ali Mysliu, prefect of the Elbasan District, is relieved of this duty.
Mr. Ilir Bejtja is appointed prefect of the Elbasan District.
This decision enters into force immediately and is published in the "Official Gazette ", the Government decision states.
