DP accuses Balliu and asks SPAK to investigate/ Balliu: Lubia plotted Beleri's arrest with Aurel Zarka, rewarded the former chief prosecutor's brother-in-law!

The Democratic Party has today requested that Deputy Prime Minister Belinda Balluku be investigated , who according to Klevis Balliu is involved in several suspicious scenarios.

From the blue headquarters, Klevis Balliu stated that the arrest of Fredi Beleri was orchestrated by the former chief of operations, Oltion Bistri, and the former chief prosecutor of Vlora, Aurel Zarka .

According to the DP, these two are connected to Belinda Balluku.

"In 2023, there were two police and prosecution officials who are suspected of plotting against Fredi Beleri. Former Chief of Operations Oltion Bistri, promoted to this position by Belinda Balluku. Former Vlora district prosecutor, Aurel Zarka, also connected to Belinda Balluku is suspected through his brother-in-law named Erald Elezi, who in 2023 worked at ARRSH with direct appointment by Balluku. A year later, on July 29, 2024, the Albanian Special Prosecution Office SPAK arrested the Vlora prosecutor, Aurel Zarka, based on a proceeding by the Belgian authorities regarding the transcriptions of SKY ENCRO phones," Balliu said.

Further, according to the Democrat, Belina Balluku has appointed Aurel Zarka's brother-in-law as head of the Electricity Corporation (KESH).

"When the unexpected happened a year later, and SPAK arrested prosecutor Zarka on July 29, 2024, Belinda Balluku appointed her brother-in-law Erald Elezi as director of the Albanian Power Corporation within 24 hours to give him a guarantee that he had not sold it or given it away. Erald Elezi was given the most important asset of the critical energy infrastructure, perhaps as a guarantee that Aurel Zarka would not speak and would not reveal the truths he knows. We call on law enforcement agencies to investigate Belinda Balluku's connections to these actions," Balliu emphasizes.

On March 13, 2024, Erind Sulo was appointed as the new administrator and director of the Albanian Electric Power Corporation. 

But to everyone's surprise, he was dismissed from this position 4 months later, the motivation for his dismissal remained a mystery, as it did not appear that he had any problems, it did not appear that he had any disagreements with Energy Minister Belinda Balluku, on the contrary, he was seen in Balluku's close circle and received her support after his dismissal.

But the motive for Erindi Sulo's dismissal would remain a mystery until information provided by sources is reviewed from official documents that Erindi Sulo's dismissal may in fact be related to the game played against Fredi Beleri, which results in the architects being not only Edi Rama but also Belinda Balluku.

Just 24 hours after the arrest of prosecutor Zarkaj, it turns out that the board of directors of the Albanian Electric Power Corporation KESH met and dismissed director Erindi Sulo, to urgently replace him with the arrested prosecutor's brother-in-law, Aurel Zarka.

From official documents it appears that on July 30, 2024, the KESH board of directors appointed the new director and administrator of this institution, Erald Elezi.

Citizen Erald Elezi is the brother-in-law of the arrested prosecutor Aurel Zarka. In the declaration of assets he made to state institutions, the declaration also includes the detailed income of Mr. Zarka's wife, citizen Suela Zarka (Elezi), who is the daughter of Hysni and Hurma Elezit, born on June 11, 1981.

The same is true of the director of KESH, the son of Hysni and Hurma Elezit, born on January 13, 1992.

So it turns out that prosecutor Aurel Zarkaj is married to the sister of Erald Elezit, who was appointed director of KESH, 24 hours after prosecutor Zarkaj's arrest.

Also, from the administration of official data, it results that in December 2023, the two sisters Suela Zarka and Algerta Elezi founded the trading company CITY LOCKERS in Tirana, which is an indication that the two sisters and their brother are in close relationships not only as biological connections, but also as business connections.

From the above, it can be argued that Lubi Balluku followed Rama's order from an operational point of view.
