Why did none of the political leaders in Kosovo mention the name of Hashim Thaçi, the man who declared Kosovo's independence 16 years ago?

This was the question that the moderator of the show "Zona 0", Milaim Zeka, addressed to the guests in the first show that is being broadcast on "Top Story", alluding that among politicians it is also "jealousy" or "envy" that hinders them.

Politician Fatmir Mediu used a slightly more diplomatic language, but emphasized that Albanian politicians often minimize the successes of their political opponents.

Mediu added, among other things, that apart from politicians, it is the entire Albanian people who deserve a special place, since as he said in the most difficult times, they abandoned everything to support the Kosovo issue.

"I met Mr. Kurti for the first time in 1998 at the European Parliament. It was Albini with long hair at that time. Today, more than any other, there is a need for Kosovo's politics not to harm history. We probably have a big problem, that we minimize the success of others, and we try to maximize the minimum of our success.

Building communication bridges is the step of wise people and national people. It is not only he who takes the rifle, it is not only he who is in parliament and signs. In the first place are all those compatriots who left everything to become part of a movement to support Kosovo", explained Mediu.
