The Mayor of Lezhë, Pjerin Ndreu, reacted a day after he was called to SPAK where he learned that he is under investigation for "abuse of duty" after the report of the Democratic Party.

Ndreu says in a post on social networks that he has not committed any violation, no benefit or economic damage, but he attacks the DP saying that they are "blinded by development".

Ndreu was accused of procuring a road without the approval of ARRSH and within the deadlines of the election campaign.

My appeal to SPAK is the work of PD Lezhë, which kills your eyes every development! For this reason, they raise their heads and ask them to raise them! We will continue rapid development because we cannot work for 2 years and rest for another 2 because there are elections! This is absurd!
